Agreements with the NHS
Every Italian citizen is entitled to one course of spa treatment per year paid for by the SSN. All that is required is a prescription from the family doctor indicating the diagnosis and the type of treatment. The therapies covered by the agreement at our center are:
On the day you arrive, you must:

- Mud therapy + thermal bath
- Balneotherapy in single tub
- Inhalation treatments
On the day you arrive, you must:
- check in at the facility with a prescription written by the general practitioner on the regional prescription pad (red), health card and ID card
- make sure that the prescription is filled out correctly (indicating the therapy to be performed and the appropriate corresponding diagnosis) and that any exemptions are indicated by the general practitioner.
- The user still has to pay the ticket or flat fee in the amounts stipulated by law
- At the time of admission, the times for performing the treatment will be agreed upon.

Spa therapies and specialist services
Sulfur bath
soaking in a tub, located in a room for one person, with hot sulfur thermal water.
Thermal mud with thermal water
Warm thermal mud, collected directly from the spring, is applied to the joints and the entire spine; then, after gently removing the residue, the user soaks in a tub filled with warm thermal water. At the end of the treatment, you can relax on the couch to allow the "reaction" to take place.
Inhalation
steam mist of thermal water delivered by special equipment that breaks down the water into tiny particles that are breathed in by the patient, benefiting the upper and lower respiratory tracts.
Aerosol
thermal water is aerosolized into tiny particles that can reach the deepest parts of the lungs. Specific medicines determined by the doctor can also be added to the aerosol depending on the condition being treated.

Spa treatments, both under agreement and for a fee privately, can be performed every day of the week (weekends included), either in the morning or in the afternoon.
