- Free room upgrade (subject to availability)
- Loyalty discount of up to 10% on the best online rate
- Bathrobe changed daily
GOLD CARD
- Late check-out until 6 p.m. (subject to availability, from Monday to Friday)

Info and Regulations Terme Capasso Community
The Terme Capasso Community is open only to natural persons over the age of 18. Membership is free, all you have to do is click here and register.
After successful registration, the customer can download and use the Virtual Card (Welcome Card) from their smartphone (Google Wallet or Apple Wallet).
HOW TERME CAPASSO COMMUNITY WORKS
Each customer signed up for the Terme Capasso Community will receive a stamp on their Virtual Card for each night they stay at our accommodation booked directly (through our website or at the front desk). The membership levels of the Terme Capasso Community are the following:
VALIDITY AND DURATION OF THE VIRTUAL CARDS
All Virtual Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Goals/nights spent at the hotel must necessarily occur within the one-year period of validity from the date of issue.
When the Virtual Card expires, the facility will issue a new Virtual Card, still in the name of the same individual, retaining the level earned (Classic, Silver or Gold).
INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERME CAPASSO COMMUNITY PROGRAM
Virtual Cards are personal and non-transferable.
Terme Capasso S.r.l. is exempt from any liability for all consequences, direct or indirect, arising from any anomalies in the functions of the Virtual Cards, whatever the causes may be.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided in order to take part in the initiative will be processed by Terme Capasso S.r.l. as the Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy for the membership in the Terme Capasso Community Program and the issue of Virtual Cards.
Terme Capasso S.r.l. informs the customer that the processing of their data is carried out by implementing security measures to ensure the protection and maximum confidentiality of the data processed, in order to perform the above activities.
