What time is it possible to arrive at the hotel?
Check-in time is from 3 p.m. onwards, so you are guaranteed to get access to your room after that time. In the case of early arrival and subject to availability, you will still be able to access the thermal pool park, for an additional fee of euro 5.00 per person (Mon - Fri) and euro 10.00 per person (Sat - Sun)
What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. Subject to availability and upon confirmation at the reception desk, it will be possible to stay at the thermal pool park, for an additional fee of euro 5.00 per person (Mon - Fri) and euro 10.00 per person (Sat - Sun)
Can children have access to the thermal pools?
Children of all ages can access the thermal pools. The only area with restricted access is the wellness center, where only those over the age of 14 are allowed.
Is it mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pools?
Yes the use of a swimming cap is mandatory to ensure that the water is clean.
Why do prices vary from day to day?
Prices vary according to room availability, so they may change according to demand. Normally, the earlier a reservation is made, the better the rate will be.
Are pets allowed?
Our 4-legged friends are welcome as long as they are small. They are not allowed in common areas such as the pool, spa, restaurant, etc.
What services are always included in the reservation?
A stay at Terme Capasso always includes access to the thermal pool park, free parking, wi-fi included, bathrobe in the room and use of the gym.
How can I know if the reservation is confirmed?
Upon completion of the booking, you will receive an automated email with the confirmation number and a recap of the services reserved.
Is it possible to change reservations online?
You can change or cancel your reservation on our own in our website. You will receive an email confirming the change or cancellation.
